Tent Site 0 is located a top a hill and has a nice view of Kootenay Lake. The parking is on a hill/angle. The pad has space for a small tent only. No picnic table, no fire ring, no power. Water only. One tent / two people max / 1 vehicle. An extra fee applies for visitors & second vehicle Pet $5/day, $15/short stay, $100/year Free showers (no coins required). Generators are allowed only if we have a power outage. Site 11 is located by the marina. It's a small and sunny site with a stunning view of the Kootenay Lake. One Unit/2 adults/2 children's /1 vehicle. The 50 amps meter is with Fortis. You can build a deck or a porch on your site if everything is removed when you leave. Proper insurance needs to cover liabilities and belongings. The security deposit of $500 will be sent back after the yearly contract is over and the site is clean and empty. Quiet pet $100/year Second vehicle $100/6 months. The Longview Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a stove, and a smart TV. The two bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). The balcony has a nice view of the Kootenay Lake. The water, electricity, septic, and internet are included.The coin laundry is open 7days/week/24h Must be able to climb stairs No pet, No smoking Before you leave, please clean your dishes, the microwave, the fridge, and the coffee maker. The Happy Glamper is located on Site 21 on the upper campground in the heart of the action, a six-minute walk from the beach. The unit is a fully equipped camper trailer with everything that you need. The bathroom has a shower, a small tub, toiletries and towels. The kitchen has dishes and conveniences such as coffee, tea, sugar, dish soap, and towels. Price based on 2 guests, 1 vehicle. $10/person after 2 guests. Max 150lbs in bunker beds. 1 well-behaved dog accepted / Pet $5/day, $15/short stay, $100/year We will remove the sheets and the blankets if you bring a pet, so bring your own double and twin bedding.
