The pad is perfect for a 40FT tiny home or RV for year-round living.

The site has a picnic table and a fire ring.

Price based on double occupancy
One unit / one vehicle / one shed.
The rent includes water, septic and regular-size garbage.
The 50 amps meter is with Fortis.

You can build a deck or a porch on your site if everything is removed when you leave.
Proper insurance needs to cover liabilities and belongings.
The security deposit of $500 will be sent back after the contract is over and the site is clean and empty.

Quiet pet $100/6 months
Second vehicle $100/6 months.
Boat, sled trailer parking $300/6 months

Activities & music events are not included in the price.
No music after 10 pm - except for events.

Between April 15 to October 15, we operate as a resort.
