This camper is a great affordable option to enjoy a private spot in the beautiful Kootenays. We will not be investing in upgrades or repairs, so the camper is to be used in its current condition. At this time, the fridge, oven, hot water, toilet, and electrical systems are functional. Please note that some electrical plugs are not working. The furnace is currently not working, but an electric heater is provided for cooler nights.

We recommend bringing:
• Beach towels
• A barbecue for outdoor cooking
• Extra cooking supplies or kitchen items, if desired
• Extra lighting for additional comfort

Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the contract, provided the camper is left clean and in good condition.

Campground Policies:
• Visitors staying longer than 2 hours must purchase a campground visitor pass: $10/day + $10 overnight
