We are looking for kind souls to move in :) We have a beautiful community in an incredibly peaceful location.
The Longview Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a stove, and a smart TV. The two bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). The balcony has a nice view of the Kootenay Lake. The water, electricity, septic, and internet are included. The coin laundry is open 7days/week/24h
Must be able to climb stairs
No smoking
1 small pet allowed
Price based on 2 guests, 1 vehicle
$2000/month for a 12 month contract
$2500/month for a six-month contract
$3000/month for a three-month contract
*The security deposit of $1050 will be returned when the chalet is clean and the contract is over.
Before you leave, please clean the lodge. f not cleaned, a $30/hour charge is applied.
Campground Fee:
* If you enjoy a music event with us during your stay, the ticket price will be added to your invoice.
* One small pet allowed in the chalet ($200/year)
* Visitor campground fee applies in the High Season when guests stay more than 2 hours.
