We have a beautiful, peaceful community in an incredibly serene location overlooking Kootenay Lake.

The Longview Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with:
• Full kitchen with dishes, microwave, stove, and fridge/freezer
• Smart TV
• Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area
• Two bedrooms with queen beds
• Bathroom with shower (no tub)
• Private balcony with a beautiful view of Kootenay Lake
Included in Rent:

Please Note:
• Must be able to climb stairs
• No smoking
• One small pet allowed
• Two parking spots available
* Coin laundry available 24/7
We could install a new washer and dryer in the chalet. However, the rent would be $2,100 per month instead.

Pricing (based on 2 guests and 1 vehicle)
• $1,850/month — 12-month contract
• $2,500/month — 6-month contract
• $3,000/month — 3-month contract

Security Deposit:
A $1,000 security deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, provided the chalet is left clean and in good condition. Please leave the chalet clean before departure. If additional cleaning is required, a fee of $30/hour will apply.

Campground Fees:
• If you attend one of our music events during your stay, the ticket cost will be added to your invoice.
• Visitor campground fees apply during High Season (July & August) when visitors stay longer than 2 hours and using our beach and facilities.
