Nestled in an incredibly peaceful location, the Grandview Chalet offers beautiful views and a relaxing lifestyle near Kootenay Lake.

The chalet is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, a microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, and smart TV. The mezzanine features a queen bed with a beautiful lake view, while the main-floor bedroom also has a queen bed. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept, creating a warm and comfortable living space.
The bathroom includes a shower (no tub). Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy stunning views of Kootenay Lake.

• Must be able to climb stairs
• No smoking
• One small pet allowed in the chalet
• 2 parking spaces available
* Coin laundry is available 24/7, 7 days a week.
* Price (based on 2 guests):
$1,900/month with a 12-month lease

A security deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the contract, provided the chalet is left clean and in good condition.

Campground Fees & Policies:
• If you attend one of our music events during your stay, the ticket cost will be added to your invoice.
• Visitor campground fees apply during High Season (July & August) when visitors stay longer than 2 hours and are using our beach and facilities.
