We are looking for kind souls to move in :) We have a beautiful community in an incredibly peaceful location.

The Grandview Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a stove, and a smart TV. The mezzanine with a queen bed has a nice view of the lake; the bedroom has a queen bed on the main floor. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). The balcony has a nice view of the Kootenay Lake. The water, electricity, septic, garbage service, and internet are included. The coin laundry is open 7days/week/24h

No smoking

Price based on 2 guests.
$1950/month for a 12 months contract
*The security deposit will be returned when the chalet is clean and the contract is over.

Campground Fee:
* If you enjoy a music event with us during your stay, the ticket price will be added to your invoice.
* One small pet allowed in the chalet ($200/year)
* Visitor campground fee applies in the High Season when guests stay more than 2 hours.
