The rent from April 15 to October 15 includes water, 15 amps, access to a sani dump, and recycling & regular-size garbage $3700 + GST full season
One Unit/2 adults/2 children's /one vehicle.
An extra fee applies for additional guests/visitors & and a second vehicle.
Quiet pet $100/year
Second vehicle $100/6 months.
Boat, sled trailer parking $200/6 months
Security Deposit $200
Winter storage is included with site renewal in October.
Only use one electronic device/time, no A/C allowed.
Generators are allowed only if we have a power outage.
No music after 10 pm - except for events
If you enjoy a music event with us during your stay, the ticket price will be added to your bill.
