The Grandview Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a stove, and a smart TV. The mezzanine with a queen bed has a nice view of the lake; the bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). The balcony has a nice view of the Kootenay Lake. The water, electricity, septic, and internet are included.The coin laundry is open 7days/week/24h

Before you leave, please clean your dishes, the microwave, the fridge, the coffee maker and the barbecue. If not cleaned, a $25/hour charge is applied.
If you enjoy a music event with us during your stay, the ticket price will be added to your reservation.

Short stay in between our long-term booking
$175/day Minimum two nights + $15/guests/day after two guests
$10/day up to $100/6 months for a second vehicle

We are looking for kind souls to move in :)
$3000/month for a contract of 3 months
$2500/month for a contract of 6 months
$2100/month for a yearly contract
